Ep 8 Ama Clarke, Founder: Lucocoa Chocolate

Ama Clarke was the first bean-to-bar producer in London when she founded her award-winning Lucocoa Chocolate back in 2015. 

Ama’s story is a fascinating one.  Her background is computer science and engineering with a smidgeon of politics.  A major catalyst with her life change to chocolate was injuring her foot whilst running marathon, turning to boxing and focusing on health.  We chat about the challenges she has had with growing her business (from her front room now to a production unit), her husband’s influence behind her wellbeing.
